Do I need to be a member to book a workspace?
No. Our clients value agility which means no complex membership plans and no 'credits'. Starting with a Day Pass, you simple pay and in a matter of minutes you can start using your workspace.
Does your workspace come fully furnished?
Yes, our workspace comes fully furnished with desks, chairs, a projector and a screen if needed.
Do you offer meeting room or reception services?
Yes, we offer access to a portfolio of meeting rooms of various sizes and configurations and our reception team is always on hand to welcome your guests.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required for either of our workspace solutions.
What other charges do I need to consider?
The only additional costs are extra meeting rooms if needed. If you require catering (other than the breakfast and beverages which are included) then our onsite team will be happy to assist. And that's it. No more utility bills, insurance costs, maintenance or cleaning charges or business rates.
I'm not sure how many of my employees will use the workspace yet - what would you suggest?
Uncertainty is the norm at the moment and it's one of the reasons we created our Day Pass solution. It allows you to scale up or down quickly as and when you need to at short notice.
How fast and secure is your internet?
All our workspaces offer superfast wireless internet with a minimum of 50 mbps upload and download speeds and a dedicated Wi-Fi password. It means your connectivity is fast and safe.
Is there a minimum number of guests for a Day Pass?
Yes, there is a minimum number of 4 people per day per workspace and the price starts from £55 per person, depending on location.
What do I do when I arrive?
You and your team simply check-in with reception. They will have all of your details to hand and will show you to your desks, ensuring you have everything you need for the day - including access to fresh Lavazza coffee.
Is there anywhere to store a bike?
Of course. If you arrive by bike, our reception will be happy to show you where to store it safely.
What is your guest policy?
If you have a Day Pass, you can invite guests to meet you in one of our breakout areas. Alternatively, you can book a meeting room if you have more than two guests.
