Our Victoria venue may be only steps away from Pimlico station, but it has that rarest of commodities - a large peaceful private garden ideal to enjoy a great coffee or get some fresh air. Its 11 rooms, with great flexibility, are all conveniently located on one floor, making them perfect for an exclusive event. One Drummond Gate's colourful interior has everything you need for a successful conference including superfast wifi, state of the art AV and high spec projectors.

Do you have any other venues close by?
Yes, we have other venues close to Victoria. Our closest being County Hall. This venue most popular for meeting, conferences and events. It has 30 event spaces with the largest having a capacity of 400 people. Our nearest venue that is used primarily for smaller groups is Avonmouth House with 14 rooms with the largest having a capacity of 150 people.
Is there anywhere to store a bike?
Yes, when you arrive by bike please let a member of our reception team know who will guide you to where you can store it safely and securely.
What is the Day Delegate Rate (DDR)?
A Day Delegate Rate (DDR) is a cost per person which usually consists of venue hire, lunch, tea and coffee breaks and basic AV.
What is the average cost to hire a room?
The cost of a meeting room at Victoria can vary depending on size but the average cost is £60-£80 per person.
How do I keep my meeting attendees engaged?
Natural daylight is as important to an event as good food and comfortable chairs. Natural light has the power to keep people engaged. Get the combination of great food, natural light and bean to cup coffee right and you will hit the jackpot. Luckily, this combination comes as standard at etc.venues. At Victoria we also have a private garden for attendees to use throughout the day.
What makes you different to a hotel?
We don't have bedrooms. Why is that a benefit? Well, unlike hotels, it means we are free to focus on business guests alone and we don't need to dilute our offering or your experience. Everything we do is focused on helping business attendees achieve their best - whether it's organising a training day, conference, meeting, workshop, brain-storming event or a team building session.
Can you provide technical support?
Our in-house AV supplier can provide technical support for your whole event. Please mention this in your enquiry.
