Our video conferencing 'Room in a Box' solution includes all of the hardware you need to connect and collaborate remotely with up to 50 people. There are three packages to choose from depending on how many attendees join you. The equipment is set up and supported by our in-house team and suitable for a wide range of meetings, training sessions and seminars.


Gold Hybrid Package
Gold is recommended for smaller meetings and training courses onsite and includes:
  • LCD Projector and screen or wall mounted / free standing widescreen display screen
  • Windows 10 laptop with integrated Ring Central, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meets and Cisco Webex apps
  • HDMI connection from the laptop to the screen
  • Audio via the systems speakerphone
  • Hard wired internet connection (5Mbps)
  • A HD PTZ Camera
  • Hub, speakerphone and camera remote control
  • Extendable camera tripod
  • 2 expansion microphones on 2 metre cables
Platinum Hybrid Package
Platinum is recommended for larger meetings and training courses onsite and includes:
  • LCD Projector and screen or wall mounted / free standing widescreen display screen
  • Windows 10 laptop with integrated Ring Central, Zoom, Teams, Google Meets and Cisco Webex apps
  • HDMI connection from the laptop to the screen

Platinum Plus Hybrid Package
Platinum Plus is recommended for larger meetings, training courses and seminars onsite and includes:

Typically, a hybrid meeting comprises of a small physical meeting with a few attendees streamed to a virtual audience (e.g., colleagues, suppliers and clients).
