Yes, we have a number of venues close by. Depending on your type of event we have a similar meeting and training venue, Bonhill House. Or, if you are looking for a larger event space 133 Houndsditch or 155 Bishopsgate are just a 10 minute walk.
Is there anywhere to park a bike?
Yes. If you arrive to your event by bike please mention this at reception and our team will be happy to direct you to where you can park it in the vicinity.
What is the Day Delegate Rate (DDR)?
A Day Delegate Rate (DDR) is a cost per person which usually consists of venue hire, lunch, tea and coffee breaks and basic AV.
What is the average cost to hire a room?
The cost of a meeting room at Tenter House can vary depending on size but the average cost is £40-£70 per person.
How do I keep my meeting attendees engaged?

What makes you different to a hotel?
We are a dedicated meeting and venue provider. We don't have bedrooms and specialise in events, training, conferences and meetings. Meaning, we only provide meeting rooms to other companies, professional organisations or corporations. The result is your event attendees are surrounded by like minded professionals.
Will etc.venues offer technical support?
Our in-house AV supplier can provide technical support for the duration of your event. Please mention this in your enquiry.

From the moment you enquire with us you are assigned a dedicated sales representative who will be at hand until after your event. Once your booking is confirmed you will also have a dedicated member of our operations team available to ensure a successful event.
