Our Maple House venue sits ideally on Corporation Street overlooking Old Square, just minutes away from Birmingham New Street train station. Known for its warm welcome and excellent client service, our first regional venue offers a range of conference suites and smaller rooms over two floors. Colourful interiors and lots of light flooding through the large windows create a stimulating environment that keeps everyone engaged. The rooms all lead off from the main central breakout areas and can be easily turned into exclusive areas.
Food is an integral part of any event, and our in-house chefs at Maple House definitely don't disappoint! In fact we've won a few awards for it. We also include all the other essentials needed for a successful event including state of the art AV and superfast WiFi.

Do you have any other venues close by?
Unfortunately we don't currently have any other venues in Birmingham but do have a venue in Manchester. Our Manchester meeting and conference venue has 15 spaces with our largest room having a capacity of 300. We also 13 different venues across London.
Is there anywhere to park a bike?
Of course. If you arrive by bike, our reception will be happy to show you where you can park it in the vicinity.
What is the Day Delegate Rate (DDR)?
A Day Delegate Rate (DDR) is a cost per person which usually consists of venue hire, lunch, tea and coffee breaks and basic AV.
What is the average cost to hire a room?
The cost of a meeting room at Maple House Birmingham can vary depending on size but the average cost is £40-£70 per person.
How do I keep my meeting attendees engaged?
Natural daylight is as important to an event as good food and comfortable chairs. Natural light has the power to keep attendees engaged. A combination of brain food, natural light and bean to cup coffee is the recipe for success. Luckily, this combination comes as standard at etc.venues.
What makes you different to a hotel?
We don't have bedrooms. Why is that a benefit? Well, unlike hotels, it means we are free to focus on business guests alone and we don't need to dilute our offering or your experience. Everything we do is focused on helping business attendees achieve their best - whether it's organising a training day, conference, meeting, workshop, brain-storming event or a team building session.
Can you provide technical support?
Our in-house AV supplier can provide technical support for your whole event. Please mention this in your enquiry.

From the moment you enquire with us you are assigned a dedicated sales representative who will be at hand until after your event. Once your booking is confirmed you will also have a dedicated member of our operations team available to ensure a successful event.
