Our first venue in Manchester's Piccadilly district is at the centre of a transport hub within easy access of mainline and tram stations (in fact the tram stops right outside our door!). Once inside take a minute to take in the views over this energetic city from the venue's 8th floor location. Our 15 rooms of various sizes include a self contained and private event wing, along with smaller rooms and suites ideal for a range of meeting and training events.
Our design team have pulled out all the stops to reflect this vibrant city, with colourful furnishings and eclectic artwork that inspires throughout. Speaking of inspiring, as with all our venues, our food is freshly prepared by our in-house chefs who develop menus that fuel your day and keep you satisfied.

Do you have any other venues close by?
Unfortunately we don't currently have any other venues in Manchester but do have a venue in Birmingham. Our Birmingham meeting and conference venue has 22 spaces with our largest room having a capacity of 160.
Is there anywhere to park a bike?
Of course. If you arrive by bike, our reception will be happy to show you where you can park it in the vicinity.
What is the Day Delegate Rate (DDR)?
A Day Delegate Rate (DDR) is a cost per person which usually consists of venue hire, lunch, tea and coffee breaks and basic AV.
What is the average cost to hire a room?
The cost of a meeting room at Manchester can vary depending on size but the average cost is £40-£70 per person.
How do I keep my meeting attendees engaged?
Natural daylight is as important to an event as good food and comfortable chairs. Natural light has the power to keep attendees engaged. A combination of brain food, natural light and bean to cup coffee is the recipe for success. Luckily, this combination comes as standard at etc.venues.
What makes you different to a hotel?
We don't have bedrooms. Why is that a benefit? Well, unlike hotels, it means we are free to focus on business guests alone and we don't need to dilute our offering or your experience. Everything we do is focused on helping business attendees achieve their best - whether it's organising a training day, conference, meeting, workshop, brain-storming event or a team building session.
Can you provide technical support?
Our in-house AV supplier can provide technical support for your whole event. Please mention this in your enquiry.
If I have a question who do I ask?
From the moment you enquire with us you are assigned a dedicated sales representative who will be at hand until after your event. Once your booking is confirmed you will also have a dedicated member of our operations team available to ensure a successful event.
