Our County Hall venue is as stunning on the inside as it is on the outside with over 68,000 sq ft of multi use event space over two floors for conferences, meetings and events. Situated on London's Southbank it is in a great location with breathtaking views over The Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and the London Eye.
The County Suite can accommodate larger groups, but when combined with the multi purpose event space, The Thames Suite we can cater for a self-contained event (who get to enjoy those enviable views!). This fantastic space is supported by a range of smaller conference suites and meeting rooms as well as exclusive use opportunities and private dining options. Our design team has sympathetically restored this charming building keeping original features coupled with high quality design in classic copper and velvety tones. All of this and only minutes away from Waterloo and Westminster stations.

Do you have more venues close by?
Looking to hire a venue near this one? We have several other venues available to hire. Our closest alternative space for hire in Southbank is located at Avonmouth House and is primarily a meeting and training venue with 14 rooms and a max room capacity of 150. Our closest conference and event venues are 155 Bishopsgate and 133 Houndsditch with max room capacities of 600 and 700 respectively.
Is there anywhere to store a bike?
Yes, of course. If you arrive by bike, our reception will be happy to show you where to store it safely for the duration of your event.
What is the Day Delegate Rate (DDR)?
A Day Delegate Rate (DDR) is a cost per person which usually consists of venue hire, lunch, tea and coffee breaks and basic AV.
What is the average cost for a meeting room?
The cost of meeting and event space at County Hall can vary but the average cost is £70-£100 per person.
How do I keep my meeting attendees engaged?
Natural daylight, regular coffee breaks and a light healthy lunch are all important and all come as standard at etc.venues.
What makes you different to a hotel?
We don't have bedrooms. Why is that a benefit? Well, unlike hotels, it means we are free to focus on business guests alone and we don't need to dilute our offering or your experience. Everything we do is focused on helping business attendees achieve their best - whether it's organising a training day, conference, meeting, workshop, brain-storming event or a team building session. If you have a multi day event we are more than happy to recommend some local hotels.
Is this venue suitable for an exhibition or trade show?
Yes, over our 2 floors we can accommodate over 230 exhibition stands.
Will etc.venues offer technical support?
Our in-house AV supplier can provide technical support for your whole event. Please mention this in your enquiry.

From the moment you enquire with us you are assigned a dedicated sales representative who will be at hand until after your event. Once your booking is confirmed you will also have a dedicated member of our operations team available to ensure a successful event.

Yes of course, County Hall is available for full venue hire. You can hire the whole venue, a single floor or individual rooms.
